5-MINUTE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH CHEESECAKE BALLS
- 1/2 cup of Probiotic Vanilla Digestive Support Protein
- 1 cup thick, plain dairy-free yogurt of your choice
- 3 tbsp smooth nut butter (or SunButter for a nut-free option)
Optional but recommended:
1 tsp sea salt
100% pure organic vegan chocolate chips to your liking1
METHOD: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined and scoop out into balls. Note: The consistency of each brand of nut butter and yogurt will vary depending on brand used (i.e. some nut butters and yogurts will be more runny than others). If batter is too “watery”, add more Probiotic Vanilla. If batter is too dry, add more yogurt.
