Ingredients
1 Cup Oats
250ml Coconut Milk
1 Serve Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Apple (grated)
1/2 Cup Coconut Yoghurt
2 Tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup for Vegan version)
½ tsp Cinnamon
To Serve:
Fresh Strawberries

Who doesn't love a good overnight oats? We sure do! Super simple and easy to take to work in the morning. This recipe is packed full of protein and full of flavour.

- Blend the Coconut Milk, Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein, Honey, Cinnamon, and Lemon Juice together.
- Pour this mixture over the Oats.
- Add the Coconut Yoghurt and grated Apple.
- Mix well and put in the fridge overnight.
- Serve with Fresh Strawberries and Coconut Yoghurt.
