This Choc Chip Cookie Dough is made with Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff, but could be substituted with any Kids Good Stuff or Clean Lean Protein flavour. Guilt-free and ready in no time.
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- ½ Cup Xylitol (or ¼ Cup Xylitol and ¼ Maple Syrup)
- 2 Serve Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff
- 90g *Butter (or 100ml coconut oil) melted
- ¼ Cup Choc Chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch salt
- Melted chocolate
Mix all the ingredients together (except the melted chocolate) until well combined. Roll into small balls and drizzle with melted chocolate. Place in the fridge, they are ready to eat in about 15 mins.
*these are yummier when you use butter, but coconut oil also works!
