Nuzest is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative, a backorder or a full refund.

We deliver products using a range of Australian couriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are generally delivered through Signature Required. We recommend you give a shipping address where someone is expected to be during the working day. If no one is at the address when the courier calls, a calling card may be left and you may need to arrange a time with the courier for drop off, or to collect your order from the depot.

When you order with us, you can state instructions for the courier to leave the parcel somewhere on your property. However, please note that you do this at your own risk and there is no way to claim your goods should they not arrive, or arrive in an unsuitable condition.
