Ingredients
1 Serve Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
½ Cup Quinoa Flakes
½ Cup Sunflower Seeds
½ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
½ Cup Flaxseeds
½ Cup Walnuts
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
4 Tbsp Psyllium
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Xylitol
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted, but not hot)
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
350ml Water
Mix the quinoa flakes, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, psylium and salt together in a bowl. Blend the Just Natural Clean Lean Protein, water, melted coconut oil and avocado oil until well combined. Add the walnuts to the blender (with the wet mixture) and pulse a few times to break the walnuts up a little (you can leave them whole and add to the dry ingredients if you prefer). Add Wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Put this into a greased loaf tin and allow it to sit on the kitchen bench- half an hour is enough, but longer is even better (2hours). Bake at 170C for 20 and then remove the bread from the baking tin. Put the bread on a wire rack and bake for a further 20 min
