This ice cream is made from bananas, almond butter and coconut cream . SO creamy and delicious - all you need are 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 Sheet of @cocobynuco wrap (cinnamon)
- 1 Fresh ripe banana
- 1/4 Cup runny almond butter
- 1 Serving Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
- 1/4 Cup of coconut cream
Method
Mix your Runny almond butter, nuzest protein powder, coconut cream until a paste consistency is achieved.
Spread the protein butter mixture 2cm away from the edge of the coconut wrap. Place the banana on top of the spread, then start to roll your wrap tightly. Seal the edge by spreading a little almond butter.
Cut into 5 -6 rolls, place onto your skewers, drizzle with raw chocolate and freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
