WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE PROTEIN BARS
- 2 servings of Probiotic Vanilla Digestive Support
- 3/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- Coconut butter to taste
- Freeze-dried raspberries to taste
1. In a bowl, mix protein powder, coconut yogurt, and cashew butter until crumbles form, then use clean hands to “knead” into a ball.
2. Next, fold in desired amount of coconut butter chunks and freeze-dried raspberries. Shape dough into a square (or press into a square dish), slice, and enjoy. Store extras in the refrigerator or freeze them.
