It’s cold right now, so here’s a delicious and healthy recipe to warm you up! Nutritionist, Julia Tellidis @wholesomelyhungry shares her favourite Healthy Baked Oats recipe.
SERVES:1, TIME: 30 min
Ingredients: In an oven proof bowl add the following
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 mashed banana
- Splash of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of collagen
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp of honey
- Mix it all together and then on top add your berries. I used frozen organic berries.
- Bake for about 20 mins on 180-200 degrees.
- The idea is for the top to be nice and golden and raised with the inside to become fluffy & creamy. Enjoy!
