Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Ingredients

¾ cup coconut water

1 date, pitted

½ tsp vanilla powder or extract

¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tbsp raw cacao

½ serve Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

Pinch of salt

1 large banana, frozen

1 cup pitted cherries, frozen 


If you think cherries and chocolate taste perfect on their own, you're in for a pleasant surprise: they also make a ridiculously good smoothie combination. This dessert-y beverage is high in protein and will tide you over until morning.


Method

  1. Soak date in the coconut water for 30 mins to soften.
  2. Add all ingredients, in the above order, to a blender and blend until smooth.
