Ingredients

1¼ cups milk

1 serve Nuzest Just Natural or Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

½ tsp vanilla powder

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup blueberries

¼ cup oats

1-2 dates, pitted & soaked (overnight if possible)
