Berry Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients
1¼ cups milk
1 serve Nuzest Just Natural or Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
½ tsp vanilla powder
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup oats
1-2 dates, pitted & soaked (overnight if possible)
Nourish your body by sipping on this berry and cinnamon smoothie. This smoothie has the antioxidant power of blueberries, the energy boosting power of dates and the circulation boosting power of cinnamon. Blend, sprinkle, sip, and repeat.
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order they are listed and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
