Terms & Conditions – 2XU x Nuzest Giveaway

1. The Promoters

1.1 This competition is jointly promoted by:

• Nuzest Australia Pty Ltd, 405/24-30 Springfield Ave, Potts Point NSW 2011, ABN 44 160 116 254 ("Nuzest"); and

• 2XU Pty Ltd, 53 Cremorne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121, AUSTRALIA, ABN 85 112 308 602 ("2XU").

1.2 Nuzest Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 44 160 116 254and 2XU Pty Ltd (ABN: 85 112 308 602) are each independent data controllers in respect of the personal data they collect from entrants. References to "the Promoters" are to both companies acting jointly as promoters of this competition.

2. Competition Period

2.1 The competition opens at 07:00 on 26 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 3 April 2026 (the "Competition Period"). Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The competition is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and the UK, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• employees, directors, agents, or contractors of Nuzest Australia Pty Ltd or 2XU Pty Ltd;

• members of the immediate families of the above; or

• any third parties professionally connected with the administration of this competition.

3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the competition, you must complete the entry form at https://www.nuzest.com.au/pages/nuzest-2xu during the Competition Period, providing your name and a valid email address.

4.2 Entry is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

4.3 The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4.4 The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. The Prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize available across the four (4) regions in which the competition is operating. The prize consists of:

· one (1) $150 2XU gift card;

· one (1) Good Green Vitality 300g tub;

· three (3) Clean Lean Protein 250g pouches (flavours subject to availability); and

· one (1) Nuzest Promixx Shaker.

The total approximate retail value of the prize is AUD $388.

5.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.3 The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event that the original Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond their reasonable control. Product flavours and variants are subject to availability and may be substituted with alternatives of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place on or around 7th April 2026 (GMT).

6.2 The winner will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the draw using the address provided at entry.

6.3 If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days of it being sent, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the Prize and select a replacement winner.

6.4 The Promoters' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

6.5 The winner’s name may be published on the Promoters’ website and/ or social media channels.

7. Data Protection & Marketing Consent

7.1 To enter the competition, you must provide your name and email address. This information is required to administer the competition and contact you if you are selected as a winner.

7.2 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). For further details, please refer to:

• 2XU's Privacy Policy at https://2xu.com/pages/privacy-policy.

7.3 Marketing opt-ins are entirely optional and are not a condition of entry. In accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), you must provide express consent before you can be sent commercial electronic messages. During the entry process, you will be given the opportunity to separately opt in to receive marketing communications from:

• Nuzest Australia Pty Ltd, regarding news, products, promotions, and health and nutrition content; and/or

• 2XU Pty Ltd, regarding news, products, and promotions.

7.4 Each opt-in is independent. Ticking the box for one brand does not opt you in to the other. You may opt in to neither, one, or both brands.

7.5 Where you have opted in, your email address will be shared with the relevant brand for the purpose of sending you marketing communications. Each brand will act as an independent data controller in respect of any marketing communications it sends to you.

7.6 You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting the relevant brand directly. All unsubscribe requests will be actioned within 5 business days in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

8. Liability

8.1 The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted due to technical or other reasons outside their control.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability where it cannot be limited or excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the Prize.

9. General

9.1 The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time in the event of circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

9.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

9.3 These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

9.4 The Promoters comply with all applicable state and territory laws and regulations. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9.5 No permit is required for this promotion under applicable state or territory laws.
