Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mashed pumpkin 
  • 100g Silken Tofu
  • 3 tbsp Chai Turmeric Clean Lean Protein or Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon 

 

Toppings

  • 1 proteinbar
  • granola
  • fresh apples
  • blueberries

Method
Simply stir all ingredients together, place in a bowl. Decorate with your toppings of choice.
