Strawberry Overnight Oats
A simple, delicious breakfast designed to keep you satisfied throughout the morning.
Serves: 1 / Prep time: 6 min / Refrigerate: Overnight
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lite coconut milk
- 1 cup freeze-dried or fresh strawberries
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Wild Strawberry
- 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1.5 tbsp flaxseed meal
Method:
- Add everything except the oats and flaxseed meal to a blender and blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the oats and flaxseed meal.
- Pour the blended strawberry mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Transfer to a jar or airtight container.
- Top with Greek yoghurt and extra strawberries or nuts, if desired.
Notes
- When selecting freeze-dried strawberries, choose a natural air-dried product with no added ingredients.
- Rolled oats are preferred over quick oats for texture and consistency.
