Strawberry Overnight Oats - Nuzest AU

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1 cup freeze-dried or fresh strawberries
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Wild Strawberry
  • 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1.5 tbsp flaxseed meal

Method:

  1. Add everything except the oats and flaxseed meal to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. In a bowl, combine the oats and flaxseed meal. 
  3. Pour the blended strawberry mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well. 
  4. Transfer to a jar or airtight container. 
  5. Top with Greek yoghurt and extra strawberries or nuts, if desired. 

Notes

  • When selecting freeze-dried strawberries, choose a natural air-dried product with no added ingredients.
  • Rolled oats are preferred over quick oats for texture and consistency.
