We take the greens two to three times a day along with the protein, just to keep up with the amount of training we’ve been doing. You can’t physically get that amount of greens into you body based on two massive plates of veggies. The greens are a great way to keep those levels of micronutrients up when you can’t eat that amount. It’s reducing inflammation in the body. Recovery is just incredible. And you can definitely feel there’s something missing when you haven’t had it for a few days.

The products for us are just clean and simple. We’re a bit older now, but we’re more active than we’ve been in the last few years. It’s been amazing fuel for us.
