Toast Party

Dairy Free   Sugar Free   Vegan

Serves: 1

The perfect combination of sweet and savory for all member of the family to enjoy!


Crunchy Toast:

  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil 
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas 
  • 1 slice of toast (we’ve used charcoal sourdough)
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste


Matcha Toast:

  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice 
  • 1 tsp m Matcha 
  • 2 tsp maple or honey
  • 1 tsp of Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 tsp of Good Green Vitality
  • 1 slice of toast (we’ve used charcoal sourdough)
  • Fresh blueberries


Chickpea toast:
1. Cook onion with oil until slightly brown.
2. Add in cooked or sprouted chickpeas and season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve on toast with spread of choice eg. peanut butter, black sesame seed paste, Vegemite and add the chickpea on top.

Matcha toast:
1. Combine Clean Lean Protein, Good Green Vitality, nut butter, matcha and honey/ maple syrup together then spread evenly on toasts. 
2.  Decorate with fresh blueberries or toppings of choice.
