Salted Caramel Shake
Rich, creamy and full of salted caramel flavour, this smoothie combines Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Salted Caramel with Medjool dates, yoghurt and almond milk for a smooth and satisfying blend.
Serves: 1 / Prep time: 6 minutes / Total: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 3 scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Salted Caramel
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 gluten-free Weet-Bix
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup ice
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
