1/4 cup almond meal
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbs Natvia
2 eggs
3 scoops Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
⅔ cup almond milk
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
2. Heat a large non stick fry pan and once hot pour small amounts of batter into the pan. Wait until the pancakes start to bubble before flipping.
3. Repeat this process for remaining batter and serve immediately with your choice of topping - I love warm mixed berries!
4. Serve and Enjoy!
