Matcha Mousse Bowl

 Topped with cookies & granola 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt of choice 
  • 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein  
  • 1 scoop Good Green Vitality

 

Toppings

  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Cacao Granola
  • Chocolate Coated Chickpeas

 

 

Method

Mix yogurt with protein powder then layer half of the yogurt onto the base of a bowl. Add in 1/4 tsp matcha and green powder (if using) and pour directly on top, flatten with a spoon. Repeat the same but with more matcha and green powder for darker colours. Finish off with desired toppings.
