TIME: 5, SERVES: 1 This Smoothie Bowl is just simply, dreamy and delicious…Dates, banana, coconut yoghurt, milk and Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff... that's it! Top it with whatever you like and enjoy! INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup Milk (any milk of choice) 100g Coconut Yoghurt 1 Frozen Banana 3 Dates 1 serve Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff Toppings: Coconut Chips/Flakes Banana Slices Flaxseed METHOD: 1. Blend the Milk, Coconut Yoghurt, Frozen Banana and Dates in a Blender.2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings (as desired)- Banana Slices, Coconut Chips and a sprinkling of Flaxseed. Enjoy!
