INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1 Cup Milk (any milk of choice)
  • 100g Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 3 Dates
  • 1 serve Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff 

Toppings:

  • Coconut Chips/Flakes
  • Banana Slices
  • Flaxseed

METHOD:

1. Blend the Milk, Coconut Yoghurt, Frozen Banana and Dates in a Blender.
2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings (as desired)- Banana Slices, Coconut Chips and a sprinkling of Flaxseed.
