Hot Chai Oats With Fruit Caramel

Dairy Free   Gluten Free   Sugar Free   Vegan

Serves: 1

 

 Topped with fruit caramel, nuts and fresh blueberries  

Ingredients Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 1/2 cup water + 1 tsp loose leaf Chai Tea
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein or Just Natural Clean Lean Protein

 

Ingredients Fruit Caramel

  • 3 tbsp applesauce or purée
  • 2 tsp tahini

 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and cook in a saucepan until desired consistency, then stir in protein. Set aside.
  2. Over low heat, mix apple sauce and tahini and stir until smooth.
  3. Serve oats in a bowl and pour over the fruit caramel. Decorate with toppings of choice.
