Hot Chai Oats With Fruit Caramel
Topped with fruit caramel, nuts and fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup water + 1 tsp loose leaf Chai Tea
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein or Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
Ingredients Fruit Caramel
- 3 tbsp applesauce or purée
- 2 tsp tahini
- Combine all ingredients and cook in a saucepan until desired consistency, then stir in protein. Set aside.
- Over low heat, mix apple sauce and tahini and stir until smooth.
- Serve oats in a bowl and pour over the fruit caramel. Decorate with toppings of choice.
