Pre-Workout Coffee, Coconut + MCT Protein Thick Shake
1 serve Coffee, Coconut + MCTs Clean Lean Protein
1 frozen banana
200ml milk of your choice
1/4 ripe avocado
1 shot of espresso
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Pinch of salt
Handful of ice
This smoothie is the perfect pre-workout snack to help you get the best out of every training session.
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass or shaker and top with some desiccated coconut and extra hemp seeds for some crunch!
