Apple Ginger Smoothie

Dairy Free   Gluten Free   Sugar Free   Vegan

Serves: 1

 

 Topped with cookies & granola 

Ingredients

  • 2 big handfuls baby spinach 
  • 1 medium apple, reserve some for topping
  • 1 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 scoop Good Green Vitality
  • Optional scoop of protein 
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup liquid of choice (nut milk or kombucha)

 

 

Method

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz. Serve into bowl and decorate with your toppings of choice.
