- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs Natvia
- 2 eggs
- 3 scoops Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- ⅔ cup almond milk
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- Heat a large non stick fry pan and once hot pour small amounts of batter into the pan. Wait until the pancakes start to bubble before flipping.
- Repeat this process for remaining batter and serve immediately with your choice of topping – I love warm mixed berries!
