Ingredients

  • 1 serve (25g) Nuzest Just Fruit & Veg
  • 1 packet unsweetened frozen Acai
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 250ml coconut water
  • Handful of ice
  • 1tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Top with your favourite fruit, nuts and seeds.
