If you think cherries and chocolate taste perfect on their own, you’re in for a pleasant surprise: they also make a ridiculously good smoothie combination. This dessert-y beverage is high in protein and will tide you over until morning.
¾ cup coconut water
1 date, pitted
½ tsp vanilla powder or extract
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp raw cacao

Pinch of salt
1 large banana, frozen
1 cup pitted cherries, frozen
Soak date in the coconut water for 30 mins to soften.
Add all ingredients, in the above order, to a blender and blend until smooth.
