Turn up the heat with a Tabata Workout
Try this 30-minute at home workout for maximum effect

For those days when you might be rushed for time but still want to get in an effective workout which will keep you burning fat for hour after, then look no further than the Tabata Workout.

Tabata is a high intensity style of training that consists of 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of recovery.

The Tabata method of training is extremely effective because it creates a GREAT after-burn effect meaning people are burning fat for HOURS after they workout!

The 30-minute Tabata Workout
What you need:

  • 30 minutes

 For each exercise do 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of recovery and repeat each exercise 8 times

  1. Jumping lunges
  2. Push ups
  3. Squat jumps
  4. Plank
  5. Burpees
  6. Leg raises

And recover with a Clean Lean Protein shake
